icloud photos
i had all my photos on my iphone library but when u sign out of my apple id i loose mostly all of them but their still on my icloud . so how do i transfer all the photos onto my regular iphone camera roll

Your photos can be synced into the Photos app using iCloud photos
In general, you want stuff out of your camera roll, and not into it.
You can download what you want to have local, but signing out ofmiCloud is comparatively unusual. As for downloading, whether your iPhone has enough storage to download all of the photos?
