Updated Mojave to Monterey for one admin, everything is good. Try to switch to another admin and all I get is Monterey log in screen followed by a spinning ball underneath, for hours! Re-installed Monterey OS X and no change. Should I delete user and add user back in?

No luck, yet. Will need to delete problem user account and recreate. More info, MacMini 2018 i7, 32gb ram, 1tb SSD. Mojave original OS, upgraded to Monterey when problem with one user/account of 3 happened. Other 2 user accounts open just fine. Reset PRAM, Reset SMC, ran diagnostics - no issues found. More to the story. When upgrading from Mac Pro 4.1 to MacMini, issues during data migration resulted in two primary user accounts. The most used account cannot access all files in the first, and problematic account created by the data migration, so I wanted to keep the user account that cannot open now.
