I have three Homepods in my house. Siri works on them all, one is the speaker to an Apple TV, which works fine, but NO iPhone or iPad can AirPlay to any of the speakers. I have double-checked and everything is on the same wifi network. What is the problem, how to fix it?

Start by reseting your HomePod: Reset HomePod
Then, restart the iPad and iPhone, and test to see if the issue continues.

I did all that. It’s still a problem. Actually the HomePod is getting worst when it comes to playing music, even Siri on the HomePods is not responding properly for example when you ask to play everywhere. That last update really is bad.
I have the same problem and I’ve reset all three like you said, and it’s still dropping the iPad and 2 iPhones in my house when I try to play podcasts from an app.
