I already paid for Coursera subscription and i received invoice from apple but they told me thatthey don’t receive it! And should contact apple!

I received an invoice with negative "Total". What does this mean? So far I only had an Apple Music subscription. Recently I started the trial for Apple One. Few days ago was the due day for the Apple Music subscription, and I was charged. Today I was charged for the Apple One subscription, as the trial has expired. I received an invoice about the Apple One subscription payment, but along with it, I also received an Apple Music Subscription invoice, which had a negative "Total" amount in it. What does this mean, am I about to be refunded?

Unknow Billing hello guys can any body help. i get the information from Customer service DANA. last time i complaint about recent purchase but i didnt get the email about that, and i never order it and not get the apple one service. but my DANA balace get deduct about IDR.129.000. it says if it want to request a refund on a now cancelled I have to go via @AppleSupport but this subscription is not on the list to request a refund, and I didn’t get any email from apple about that purchase. who’s got this wrong please?
