i question about remove activation locked if i have my phone and forget email and password before enable to that in store but soon i go the store no more can help to remove it if i have prof of purchase
is that true ?

i try that not help me and i have prof of purchase before i able do in store now when go to store not accept to do it and tell me go to support
only store help customer when they pay money and when we need technical support free not help us ???
i believe now apple is greedy company .....
If you are the original owner, contact Apple. Apple can remove the ID if provided the required paperwork to include the original purchase receipt with the serial number on it.
why no more in store what can we do in store now only store for pay money ??

everyone know how support online or buy phone is
it is very bad very slow why we need wait long time to solve our problems why apple do in store the Repair they pay for it ?
