Im not getting any sound notifications when an email arrives.
This is on an Iphone 13 Pro Max.
My settings are: notifications / mail (allow) / sounds: Sherwood Forest.
And my volume is turned up.what am I doing wrong?

Do you happen to have an Apple Watch? Have you checked the Mute switch on the side of the phone by the volume switches? When up towards the screen you will hear sounds, when down towards the back and the orange stripe is showing, it is muted.
