An automatic download of a season ticket has stopped working suddenly and I can’t do it manually either. Any ideas?

Hi, thanks for your reply. My season tricket had disappeared from my wallet following the latest iOS update. I have now successfully obtained a link from the original supplier to download a new one. Don’t understand why an update would “disappear “ it though!!

Do you have another boarding pass, ticket, etc that you could try adding to Apple Wallet in order for us to further isolate if it's an issue with this specific ticket? Let's also try restarting your iPhone, then attempt to add the ticket again:

If it's still not working, could you tell us more about what exactly happens when you try to add the season ticket? Does it fail to appear in Apple Wallet after tapping the Add button, you don't see an option to add the ticket, or something else?

Apparently my iPhone 8 couldn’t cope with the new update. As I have now upgraded to iPhone 12 all is ok.
Would have been nice if Apple had warned us in advance.
