Why is my iphone 13 model number 5LE13CH/A? I just bought a brandnew iphone 13 in HK and noticed that my model# is 5LE13CH/A? It says that its brandnew but at the same time refurbised, can someone provide more details on why is this? Was I scammed?

Iphone repairs I requested to send in my phone for repairs and my repairs status says "We’ll send you more details soon, or check here for updates." Am I supposed to drop it off at a USP now or will it notify me when to do it?

When you go through the checklist here, Apple Trade In - Apple it asks you a series of questions about condition, damage, function.
