On my MacBook Pro (running Mac OS Monterey) I recently finished using migration assistant to transfer my files from my old laptop. Now when l log into a user the only things in the menu bar on the right side are spotlight and Siri. I have no idea how to get the other icons (light control center and battery) back.
Help much appreciated

SInce they show in Safe Mode that means something is loading that prevents the items from showing.
Download and run this app.

System Preferences > Dock & Menu Bar.
For things that have a status menu item, there should be a checkbox to enable showing in the menu bar.
I have looked there and they are all checked. When I go into safe boot the icons come up but when I restart it normally they go away.
Thanks for this; after going through my apps I discover one that didn't work with Mac OS Monterey and was slowing it down.
