Hi, i reset my old iphone to give it away, i am just concerned that no body will be able to access any of my personal data

If you followed all the steps in:

What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

then it removes all your personal information from your old iPhone.
