Hello, On August 2, 2019, I bought an iPhone XS max at the official Apple seller in Georgia, at Istyle. The phone did not have any bugs, however, when I changed the sim card, my phone no longer read it. It turned out that my iPhone is not sim free. The store representative told me that I should contact you and you would be able to help as they said they only sell phones under an official license but in reality it did not turn out that way and my phone is not sim free.
The store representative is just sending you away.
Apple do not unlock iPhone, you need to contact the carrier the iPhone is locked to and if you qualify.
