Can a note become a file on my computer?

In the Notes list or icon view, hold your finger on the note, then select Send a Copy from the menu that appears. You can choose many ways to save or send it.

You’re welcome. I wish it was more obvious, and that the note could be sent when it was open, as most other text objects can be.
