They can't access to Apple Music with Family Sharing

I created a Family sharing and the person joined my family but doesn’t have access to the Apple music.

Did you get an Apple Music Family subscription?

Get an Apple Music family subscription - Apple Support

If so, they might be able to fix their issue by turning Sync Library off for all of their devices, then turning it back on again.  Learn how.
