I'm unable to send messages to android phones. A message pops up and says 'unable to send message, message blocking active". I don't have any one blocked. I've checked my settings and nothing has worked. Help!

Message blocking on your device prevents you from receiving messages from blocked senders. It does not prevent you from sending to them.
