How do I reinstall the Apple Wallet App?

You cannot remove the Wallet. If you've misplaced it, scroll all the way to the right on your phone to the App Library. Find the wallet. Hold down on the open space until the apps jiggle. Move the Wallet app where you would like it to go.

I accidentally removed the Wallet app. I did what you suggested and it is not in the App Library.
