So, I have to account in my MacBook and in one of them the sign with trackpad is working but I’m my other account it is not working I have try the camera option but the quality is so low and I have try to restart the software.

You can try a Safeboot and test— https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201262
reboot as normal and test
