Macbook Air 2020 running hot since installing Monterey

After a short while of use the fans start up and stay on permenantly. Is anyone elses experiencing this problem? Are there any fixes? Shall i go back to Big Sur?

Open the Activity Monitor >> View >> View ALL processes. Look for unusual heavy CPU Usages by Process or Application name. Do the same in Memory tab.


You are looking for a Run Away Process or Application causing the excessive CPU / Memory usage causing the Fans to Ramp Up and stay on all the time.
