AirPods Max Siri volume

Hello, I am having problem with using Siri with my AirPods Max. Whenever I evoke here with a request, she is speaking very quiet. Is there a way to increase the volume when she is speaking?

Thanks for any advice.

Hi Martinyugi,

It sounds like the volume for Siri is too low with your AirPods Max. We're glad you've joined us in Apple Support Communities. Let's see if this helps.

If you're using an iPhone, Apple Watch, Mac, or HomePod, follow the steps in, How to change Siri volume. This link will guide you through how to increase the volume for Siri.

If this is happening to your headphones while paired with an iPhone then let's continue troubleshooting. Have you had a chance to restart and check your iPhone for updates? Both restarts and updates resolve issues both big and small.

If the issue remains after following those steps, let us know if the issue also happens with another device: a different iPhone, Apple Watch, or Mac. This will test and see if the issue is happening on another device. Also, let us know what steps you had a chance to try from above.

We hope that helps with your question and take care!
