education pricing for international student

If I am an international student can I apply to educational pricing? If not how can i do it? im from egypt and Online apple store at my country dosen't have education pricing proof

The program may be restricted but we are end users like you, not Apple. This Apple article:

Sales and Refunds - Education - Apple

is for the US and says you must be a student in a qualifying institution in the US or the parents thereof.

You'll need to contact Apple for official terms and policies.
