Hi, I have a 2019 i mac that has been running super slow since the day I got it. I used activity monitor to check on memory pressure and the graph was green. The hard drive is not even half full. I ran etra check and have attached the text of the report. I have malware bytes installed and nothing has been flagged. The apple care people have not been helpful. Any advice appreciated.

However, I'll guess that your 21.5" (?) iMac is equipped with a 5400 rpm rotational hard disk drive. Those drives are notorious here in the communities for being too slow for Macs of the era. The best for that is to acquire an external SSD, install your macOS on that and use it as the boot drive for the Mac. The performance difference will be noticeable and impressive. You can find your drive info in the report.
If your iMac is a 27" model, then ignore the above, and see if you can get that report posted.
