My watch will not ping my phone - I repaired watch to iPhone and shows on same network , I’m getting notices when I received message but nothing when I try to ping my ph with my ph in my hand

It's terrible that the one new face that is unique to the Ultra watch is buggy! Cheers!

Hi DTDJ919,

We understand you're unable to ping your iPhone using the Apple Watch. Make sure your Apple Watch and iPhone are up-to-date.

If the issue persists, restart both the Apple Watch and iPhone.
