Game Center hack

I don’t use Game Center, have it shut down through screen time , but the nearby multiplayer function is darker, and I have to use the other Game Center settings to manipulate it to be able to turn off the nearby multiplayer in the list of options. If I turn everything off, the nearby multiplayer stays darker than the other lettering on the other options! As if it’s been used, but I have never used Game Center. I don’t use WiFi, I just use cellular and my Bluetooth has turned on by itself before. I keep Bluetooth off. I go to change my Apple ID password and my Game Center automatically turns on in my iCloud list of apps. At times I’ve noticed Game Center switch turns on by itself. When I’m not doing anything to the app settings. I can’t access my Bluetooth settings, and the find my network turns on by itself, under the find my iPhone option. I’ve turned it off before, but periodically it comes back on. Local network is another feature I’m unable to access. I just have an iPhone and account with a local carrier, I don’t have a home network, devices connected to other devices, etc. if nearby multiplayer in Game Center is a function that is usable through a Lan, Bluetooth, or WiFi connection & I can’t access those, but it has clearly been accessed, is it possible that someone who lives in the same house is accessing my Bluetooth/Apple ID/iPhone? I keep WiFi off, a Lan is a set up for ONE location & Bluetooth allows very close connectivity between devices! So logically, wouldn’t that narrow the possibility of a same house hack being the problem?

iPhone SE, iOS 14
