Apple Cash Confusion

You can only use Apple Cash with merchants that allow you to buy with ApplePay as a checkout option. Otherwise, you cannot use Apple Cash online. Learn more: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201239

Apple Cash has no card number associated with it. You can use it wherever contactless payments are accepted, online if buy with Apple Pay is a checkout option, or use the funds to send to friends.
