Error message said it could not load. After several tries and a shutdown, I was able to get into Security & Privacy and select maps as a location. This issue came up after I'd talked to an Apple Advisor over another issue and she had me reinstall Monterey. A few other things in Sys & Pref didn't load either, but all appears to be working again.

The problem is deeper. I cannot open Security & Privacy in System Preferences. Therefore, cannot check for locations. Thanks for the reply.

Thanks. I was able to finally able to load Security & Privacy. I did unlock and enable maps. Siri now knows where I am.
