I keep getting an error “apple tv is having trouble maintaining a stable hdmi connection. Check your connections and make sure you’re using an ultra high-speed hdmi cable.” in the bottom it has the link to support.apple.com/appletv/HDR and none of the troubleshooting there works
After hours over days, contacting the tv manufacturer, Disney+, Peacock, HBOMax, and various online sites, I found a solution. An HDMI Splitter. The purpose of a splitter is for being able to view across multiple screens, however, for some reason it also makes everything work great between the tv and the Apple TV 4k. It just costs another high-speed HDMI cable and the HDMI Splitter which you can get cheap on Amazon. It's ridiculous but glad it finally works.

Are you using an ultra high-speed hdmi cable? It really sounds like a cable issue more than anything. Those cables will be $10-$15 (give or take). Might be worth getting a new one.

The other options would be the actual HDMI ports on either your TV or Apple TV box; either a loose connection or a bad port.
Thanks - I don't think that's the issue, because I can still see purchased content from Apple TV, but then get an HDCP error issue in Disneyplus, and all other apps video goes black, but still shows closed caption and I can still hear the audio. I also spent some time with Vizio support. I think the issue has to do with HDCP. I'm going to try Disneyplus support later on to see if they can help, but it's not the cable. The port may be a possibility, but I think it's likely something to do with HDCP. I'm going to have to research how to bypass later on if Disney can't help.
Yes, that is one of the steps in the support page. i even bought the same exact Belkin hdmi cables straight from the Apple website.
