do I cancel Apple TV if I have apple one

If I already had an existing appleTV+ subscription, but I signed up for apple One premier, do I need to cancel the existing appleTV+ subscription to avoid being double-billed for TV?

No. It'll happen automatically when the Apple One payments begin.
