I am coming for a fair in US this week , i want to order a macbook pro, that i will pick up myself in a store in Miami, can i pay for it online tax free, since i am not a resident in US? Thanks.

I think you can't purchase and pick up new MacBook Pro at retail Apple Store, because of lack of product.
You need to wait around 1 week or so.
As for tax free purchase, you can get MacBook Pro at tax free if you see them your passport.

This has never worked for me. Whenever I buy anything at a retail store in the US I have to pay taxes, regardless what I show them. At a "Duty Free" shop located in Departures at the airpart a shopper may get a tax break on in-stock items.
The US internal Revenue Service and state and local tax agencies do not discriminate on the basis of color, creed or national origin. You buy in US you pay US taxes.
Whether or not you can file for a refund is a different matter.
if you are from Canada, there is a gov't program here where you can be reimbursed for any sales tax paid for retail purchases made in the USA. but to qualify for that, you need to pay the Canadian taxes on the item's value when it's imported into Canada.
