Unable to setup HP Ink Tank 115 on Monterey

I just purchased an HP Ink Tank 115, but HP Easy Start software doesn't find software for it and Mac Monterey configures it as an HP Ink Tank 110 series, but doesn't print at all.

I'd really appreciate if you know how to circumvent HP lack of support (which I find outrageous) and Mac missconfiguration (which is kind of weird, given that identifies the series).
