The serial number in the box itself is very blurry, can i atill make an in-person appointment?

The apple tv is not responding to the new remote.

I am trying to get the serial number but it is a bit blurry.

I am stock because when I connect the apple tv, i can not navigate the settingswhat can I do?

You will need to link the new remote to the box, or else the commands will be ignored.

If your Apple TV remote isn't working - Apple Support

Do both steps (unlinking and linking) with the new remote.
