What are the terms used in the heart rate context?

In the health app, when you look at heart rate, beats per minute, sample data, there is a section: heart rate context: what are the definitions of the terms used! Ex: background, streaming, sedentary, etc.

"Workout" will show you the measurement during a workout period.

"Sedentary"is the measurement while you are, sitting or at rest for 5 minutes before the measurement is taken,or when you're sleeping if you wear the watch.

"ECG" is the measurement while your taking an ECG reading.

"Walking" is the measurement while you are walking.

"Background" heart rate measurements automatically at intervals that vary, when you are still.

"Streaming" is your normal monitoring.

Sedentary is usually while you sleep.

Background is anytime defined by apple when you are still and the watch detects no movement.
