Battery Health drops quickly

My battery was 97% after I downloaded the CoconutBattery app and there it showed me that my battery is 93%. After a short time in System Preferences it showed me 93% as well. Could CoconutBattery be linked to rapidly declining battery health? I have only 43 Cycle Counts and my battery health is 93%. Battery Health drops from 97% to 93 too quichly. I have been using the laptop for only 8 months. I am totally dissatisfied, because I was always careful how I would use the battery.

If you truly believe that this is an issue, contact Apple Directly (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201232) or set up a Genius Bar appointment at the nearest Apple Store or at the nearest Apple Authorized Service Provider and have the Mac evaluated.
