`Old software and Heating problem

Why my iPhone 6 can't handle high-quality videos or games and my phone heats up in less than 10minutes like you have used for 1-2 hours that much, sometimes the phone gets switched off or lags. Some of the important app I can't download due to the software's lower version. So What should I do if I wanted to sell this iPhone and buy another iPhone with what I got?

If the phone powers on and works and is not cracked then you could use Apple's trade-in at an Apple store preferably.

Google it.

If you sell privately it's up to your conscience what you tell the buyer.

Personally I would buy a new phone with physical SIM and keep the 6 as a spare for the sake of £$€30
