I am wondering is it ok to continue charging if the battery full charge (100%) for product like iPhone, iPad, Mac Book and AirPod ? Especially Macbook pro, I just got a new MacBook Pro and always wondering should I unplug the power when it reached 100%. I know, I should leave it uncharge one a while but just not sure about can I plug in all time.
You can leave the device connected to power whenever convenient to do so. Neither the device nor the battery will be damaged by leaving it plugged in.

Yes. This is not an issue.
