External usb key board volume control doesn't work

I have a usb external keyboard connects to my iMac, other keys work well but F10, F11 and F12 cannot control to the volume.

  1. Volume control is not supported using most third party keyboard.
  2. Your 2013 iMac can run up to macOS Catalina 10.15.
