External usb key board volume control doesn't work

I have a usb external keyboard connects to my iMac, other keys work well but F10, F11 and F12 cannot control to the volume.

it is a 2.4g wireless keyboard, I don't know the brand of it

iMac model is 21.5-inch, late 2013

it is currently running macOS High Sierra
