Region Inspector Delay displays in Ticks and Seconds

Just upgraded Logic Pro X 10.7. I notice in the region inspector, it is not displaying the ticks as milliseconds, but as seconds. So, a delay of -10 ticks displays as -0 secs.

Is this a bug? The user guide states "The Delay value is shown in both ticks and milliseconds." I can't find a way to change this.

Logic Pro X will not Beat Map from Region I am trying to beat map from region, I have selected the region, but I keep getting the attached pop up error message. I have looked in my Region Inspector and cannot find any setting that states Follow Tempo. I went into my Smart Tempo settings as well and tried to change those settings back to default as well. Not sure what I'm missing. :(
