Every time I launch YouTube on my iPhone 11 Pro the latest iOS version, I go into full screen on YouTube and the title bar disappears and it’s very annoying, I just upgraded from a iPhone 7 Plus and it was doing the same thing on that phone too when I got this one it didn’t happen at first but just started doing it help.

We understand that you're unable to view a portion of the Youtube window when it's in full screen. Check that you do not have Zoom enabled in Settings > Accessibility. Make sure that your iOS software and Youtube are running the latest version.
You can work through a few steps in the support article If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open. It would be best to reach out to the app developer if this issue continues only in the Youtube app.
