Maps pins/locations moving while zooming in/out?

I use maps for work and I need to see exact locations on satellite view all day. Ever since iOS 15 came out, I’ve had this issue of the map’s locations, pins, street names, etc. (all labels on map) to move left-to-right as you zoom in an out. So when I zoom all the way in, the location pin I searched is not at its exact location, and if I zoom out, the location moves over the map MILES AWAY!

like I said I use this for work and it’s really messing with my days/work schedule because it takes longer. It’s really a huge flaw that I can’t believe they missed or haven’t corrected yet. I can’t download other maps apps because it’s a government issued phone and I’m not allowed to. I’ve reported the issue through maps and it didn’t help. My phone is also fully updated. Any help would be great.
