photos dragged desktop do not appear
Recently, photos dragged to desktop do not appear on the desktop screen. Finder can locate them in the desktop folder. How can I get them to appear on screen without searching in finder?

Hi - do you have stacking enabled?
If so, look for a single icon called "images" and click it.
If you want to turn stacking off, show the desktop, click it, then view>show view options>stack by>none.
But don't, stacking is very convenient for keeping your desktop tidy.
