Hello hossam45! Thank you for participating in the Apple Support Communities.

We understand that you’re prompted to enter the password for your Google account, from which you’re syncing your contacts. We'd like to look into this with you to see how we can help.

Let’s restart your iPhone to see if this has any effect on the issue: Restart your iPhone

Are you able to sign into your Google account online? If not, it may be an incorrect password.

Does this happen when you’re connected to a different network, such as a different Wi-Fi network, or cellular data?

Make it a great day!

Hello hossam45!

Let's remove the Google account from your iPhone, then sign it back in. This can be done by going to Settings > Mail > Accounts > select the Google account > Delete Account.

Once done, sign back in by going to Settings > Mail > Accounts > Add Account. Once added, make sure Contacts is enabled for that account.

This can help further: Add an email account to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Let us know if the issue persists afterward.

Cheers!
