I currently have the iPhone 12 regular and I just updated to iOS 15.1.1 and my iPhone won't unlock or allow me to type in my pass code or use Face ID and it won't let me completely power it off

Try a forced restart.
• Press and quickly release the volume up button
• Press and quickly release the volume down button
• Press and hold the side button.
• When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
