Hello izzatyzulkifli,

It sounds like you have a good chunk left of your built-in storage, so it seems the issue is narrowed down to not having enough storage in iCloud.

Another important thing to keep in mind is that iCloud not only syncs with the photos on your iPhone, but also several other things.

As it's indicating you don't have enough storage to fully accommodate syncing your iPhone with iCloud, the next logical step is to upgrade your iCloud storage. As mentioned earlier, you can upgrade iCloud storage up to 2TB(2000GB). Just in case, here are more details about the different options for iCloud storage: iCloud+ plans and pricing

Take care!

Hi there izzatyzulkifli,

iCloud Photos is a great way not only to save storage within your iPhone, but also to keep your photos synced with all of the devices you use.

Photos/videos can take up quite a lot of storage, depending on the amount you have taken with your iPhone. Keep in mind that iCloud storage can be upgraded up to 2TB(2000GB).

We'd like to help look into what may be causing this to occur, so let's start with confirming the following:

  1. You mentioned that you're receiving two messages. The first one explains you have low available storage within your iPhone. The second explains that you still do not have enough iCloud storage to sync your photos, even with the 200GB upgrade. How much storage do you have available within your iPhone, and what exactly does the message say regarding how much more storage you need in iCloud? These finer details are what's going to help narrow down what is needed, and what you can do.
  2. How much storage is Photos using within your iPhone? You can check by going to Settings > General > iPhone Storage.

Have a good one!
