With the new update my blue tooth doesn’t work in my car

Mine is the same , only found when I missed a call and the hands free was not on . Had turn off my media in the car then back on , the go on the phone to reconnect the blue tooth to my car . This now ever time until Apple put in a fix , which I hope is soon .
