Delivery is delayed with no update; maybe my package is missing?

Hello,


I ordered an iPhone 13 Pro Max in early November, and was told it would be delivered Nov. 25 to Dec. 2. It shipped on the 23rd and was out for delivery with UPS on the 25th. It never showed up, and my status quickly became "delayed" and said "we'll add the delivery date as soon as possible." Now it says "information not available."


Since the 25th, there have been no scans following the "arrival/processing at our sorting center" in my city. I contacted UPS support, but they weren't helpful and said it should be scanned at some point yesterday before it was considered missing. Still no scan, and no support from them.


Does anyone have any advice? I know COVID and the holidays make things very tricky with deliveries, but a week with no updates is making me nervous.
