Just loaded OS Monterey on my MacBook Pro 14,2. It starts to boot and just hangs up.

Just loaded OS Monterey on my MackBook Pro 14,2. It starts to boot, makes it 3.75 of the way, and just hangs up. Any ideas?

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 10.15
