Ever since the 8.1 update, I am getting Facebook Messenger and Instagram notifications on my Apple Watch. It is driving me crazy. I went into my Apple Watch app on my iPhone. The apps do dot exist so I cannot shot off notifications.

"If you can't customize an app, you can still turn off its notifications. Scroll down to the Mirror iPhone Alerts From section and turn off the setting next to the app."
