The notice you see may be due to applications using more than normal

memory in a shared limited spec environment; there's no virus involved.

Sometimes to restart is all it takes to resolve a symptom such as that.

Or restart to Safe mode; let that run awhile, then restart normally.

'A while' could mean let it sit & work, quietly; for 20 or so minutes.

Allocations of internal resources may be affected by other things running

in the background. One way to see what's happening: Activity Monitor.

Generally 'windows-like antivirus' is totally inappropriate for macOS.

And excessive scans with false tagging of systems, can damage Mac.

'EtreCheck Pro' & 'Malwarebytes for Mac' are two recommended items

that can help resolve and remove some pesky malware, adware, etc.

Please better explain when your issue happens ~ what got you there?

Good luck & happy trails! ☺︎

RAM:

RAM is all about multitasking ---it puts things to the side so that your Mac's processor will nut heat up. So, if it is RAM (not data storage on a drive), then you may be running too much at once. Security Software is unneeded on a Mac, and it is potentially running in the background to find items. So, uninstall it, using an uninstaller.
