Update Apple ID Settings - new iPhone - stuck ?

Just received my new iPhone 13 and proceeded succesfully (I guess) transferring my iPhone 8 to the new iPhone. However, as I got the ''Update Apple ID Settings (Some services will not be available until you sigh in again)'', I clicked Continue, entered my password, but after over 20 minutes, I'm still seeing same message, but trying to click the Continue in blue does nothing, it seems to be stuck there. I can swipe and close the Settings app, but the red notification remains there.

I got a two-factor on my other devices, entered the code, and so on.

Most apps appear to have transferred (although I see some probably need to be updated with the little cloud aside).

What do I do ? How long this process should take ?
