Videos randomly refuse to play.

Hello, I own an Iphone 11 Pro max thats updated to the newest OS and it keeps having this bug where videos will suddenly stop playing after switching to an app. This happens on every single program with a video like youtube, twitter, photos, even game audio refuses to play. For example I’ll be watching Youtube then switch to discord to send a message, then come back only for the video to completely stop working. Closing and re opening the app doesn't fix it. The only way to fix the bug is to restart my phone but it keeps happening more often and constantly restarting my phone is starting to get annoying. Does anyone know anything about this glitch and how to fix it?
