Playing TV programs

What does DRM not supported mean. I have been watching Global programs for a couple of years, suddenly today they do not load. What is wrong? The last message was "DRM not supported"

error message when trying to stream prime video using apple tv third generation Trying to download and play prime video using third gen Apple tv. I can launch the app and select a show or movie but when I select PLAY it takes forever to download and then gives me this error message: An error occurred loading this content. Try again later. Any ideas? Have tried to access prime video Settings menu but then I get Problem occurred. There's a problem connecting to Prime Video. Most issues are temporary...

DRM means Digital Rights Management and is intended to safeguard the "unapproved" usage of digital media.
