You need to discuss this with your bank or the appropriate financial institution. This is a case of bank-type
fraud and Apple cannot address that. We're just Apple device users with no access to Apple Corporation, your bank or your credit card company.
For that kind of issue, please contact Apple Support directly using this link:--> Get Support , and keep your bank statement handy.
